Conditions of Entry

  1. All entries must be submitted online and close on Sunday 15 March 2026 at 23:59. No late entries will be accepted.
  2. Registration via the CANNA UK seed sign-up form is for seed fulfilment only. To officially compete and be eligible for prizes, entrants must also complete their entry via the official Malvern Autumn Show entry portal at malvernautumn.co.uk/compete.
  3. A maximum of two entries per class, per address may be submitted, however only one entry from one address may win a prize in that class.
  4. All aubergines must have been grown by the exhibitor within the current growing season and within the UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.
  5. Exhibitors will receive complimentary tickets to the Show in accordance with Malvern Autumn Show exhibitor policy. Tickets must be collected upon arrival for staging.
  6. One vehicle pass will be issued to exhibitors to enable delivery and collection of exhibits. Once delivery has been completed, vehicles must be removed from the showground to the designated car parks.
  7. Delivery of exhibits must follow the official Malvern Autumn Show staging schedule. Full timings and access instructions will be provided by the Show Organiser.
  8. All entrants agree to make their exhibits available for photography, filming and publicity purposes during the Show and for up to two weeks following the event. No payment will be made for such use.
  9. All classes are open to all ages unless otherwise stated by the Show Organiser.
  10. All exhibits must be presented in sound condition at the time of judging.
  11. Any objection to judging must be made in writing to the Show Secretary in accordance with Malvern Autumn Show regulations.
  12. The Malvern Autumn Show and its employees shall not be held liable for loss of or damage to any exhibit or personal property. All entries are made at the owner’s risk.
  13. Prize money (including the £1,000 aubergine category prize fund) will be paid by BACS after the Show.
  14. The Malvern Autumn Show’s general regulations apply to this competition. Copies are available from the Show Organiser.
